Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Bible island application (the "App") operated by Origami Studio ("we," "our," or "us").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Bible island is a productivity application that allows you to access your favorite links instantly from your MacBook notch. The App stores your content locally on your device and optionally syncs through Apple's iCloud service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
The App does not require account registration. Your data is stored locally on your device and, if enabled, in your personal iCloud account.
The App offers premium features through subscription plans. Details about subscription options and pricing are available within the App.
The App also offers a one-time lifetime purchase option. This is a non-recurring payment that grants permanent access to premium features. Once purchased, no additional payments are required.
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. By purchasing, you agree to Apple's terms of service for in-app purchases.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.
Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policies. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after notice is provided.
You retain all rights to the content you save within the App. We do not claim ownership of your links or any other content you create or store.
You are solely responsible for the content you save and for ensuring you have the right to save and access such content.
Your content is stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, your content is also stored in your personal iCloud account, subject to Apple's terms and storage limits.

The App, including its design, features, code, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Origami Studio and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
The App uses third-party services including:
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Origami Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty dollars ($50), whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Origami Studio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately. Data stored locally on your device will remain until you delete it or uninstall the App.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Origami Studio regarding the App.
